I'm going to try and be as honest as possible. I LOVE the outfit that she's wearing. It looks amazing! All of the tiny details added to it make it even better. I also like the fact that all of the colors match, and nothing is randomly brighter than anything else. That makes it appealing to the eyes. One thing I think you could practice some more is the shadowing on the hair. It doesn't look too realistic. It kind of looks like you just took a solid brush and drew lines through the hair. I understand that hair is a VERY difficult thing to master, though, so you did a very nice job  

This is still a LOT better than anything I could draw on a computer xD

Overall, I would give this about a 9.6/10
